We have Super Admin, Verified Admin, Non-verified Admin and User. All these users have different levels of special right(s) in our system. For example, a super admin will be able to verify and block users in the system. Every activity that is performed by the other 3 users will be monitored by the super admin. The super admin is always available to give support.
Verified Admin
Verified admin is the BOSS of the company. Has the rights to:
- Add products to any branch
- sell products in any branch
- Update product data in any branch
- Print Stock
- Change Reorder Level
- See Sales Grouped by dates
- Add Customer
- See Customer Purchases and Profit
- See all sales reports
- Add expenses
- Add Delivery
- Update delivery comments in any branch
- Manange all users
- View all statistics. Vehicles, spareparts and Expense
- Add payment to supplier
- Add new branch or vehicle model
- Return items to stock.
- Print Invoice
- Search product accross all branches
Non-verified Admin
Verified admin is the mananger of the company. Has the rights to:
- Add products to any branch
- sell products in any branch
- Update product data in any branch
- Print Stock
- Change Reorder Level
- Add Customer
- Add expenses
- Add Delivery
- Update delivery comments in any branch
- Print Invoice
- Search product accross all branches
User
These are the normal system users. Has the rights to:
- sell products in their branch
- Add expense
- Add Delivery
- Update delivery comments in their branch
- Add Customer
- Print Invoice
- Search product in their branches

AIO was developed by Nzioka Victor Katua, a business systems software engineer with great mastery of software development, implementation, and marketing experience.
The beta product was developed between June 23rd, 2022 and June 30th, 2022, a record of 7 days and has been improved over time to include very unique feature which will enable users to enjoy working with it.
This is after one of my friends, Paul MWau, requested that i come up with a solution to help motorvehicle dealers like him to manange all their business effortlessly.
As an experienced developer, I took it as a challenge and came up with a better system. AIO (All In One) is a motor vehicle dealer system which is better than all that has ever existed. Thanks to Paul Mwau for believing in my abilities.

All the data in AIO is very secure. We use very customised methods of data encryption, which are not easy to break.
