Main Features

We have Super Admin, Verified Admin, Non-verified Admin and User. All these users have different levels of special right(s) in our system. For example, a super admin will be able to verify and block users in the system. Every activity that is performed by the other 3 users will be monitored by the super admin. The super admin is always available to give support.

Verified Admin

Verified admin is the BOSS of the company. Has the rights to:

  1. Add products to any branch
  2. sell products in any branch
  3. Update product data in any branch
  4. See all sales reports
  5. Print Stock
  6. Change Reorder Level
  7. See Sales Grouped by dates
  8. Add Customer
  9. See Customer Purchases and Profit
  10. Add expenses
  11. Add Delivery
  12. Update delivery comments in any branch
  13. Manange all users
  14. View all statistics. Products and Expense
  15. Add new branch or vehicle
  16. Return items to stock.
  17. Print Invoice
  18. Search product accross all branches

Non-verified Admin

Verified admin is the mananger of the company. Has the rights to:

  1. Add products to any branch
  2. sell products in any branch
  3. Update product data in any branch
  4. Print Stock
  5. Change Reorder Level
  6. Add Customer
  7. Add expenses
  8. Add Delivery
  9. Update delivery comments in any branch
  10. Print Invoice
  11. Search product accross all branches

User

These are the normal system users. Has the rights to:

  1. sell products in their branch
  2. Add expense
  3. Add Delivery
  4. Update delivery comments in their branch
  5. Add Customer
  6. Print Invoice
  7. Search product in their branches

ABOUT US

420 ERP was developed by Nzioka Victor Katua, a business systems software engineer with greate mastery in software development, implementation, and marketing experience.

The idea of 420 ERP came to mind at 20th April 2023.The beta product was fully crafted in same day and it has been improved over time to include very unique feature which will enable users to enjoy working with it.

This is after an unknown client reached out and asked me if i had a software which could handle a wholesale business with several trucks for sales. I had some good ideas in mind on how to come up with the best ERP system to handle Inventory, Sales, Expenses and Customers. I have a great feeling that the software i have created will serve generations.

Our system is simple to use and does exactly what you want for your business. You can keep millions of records. It can be used both on mobile and desktop.

All the data in AIO is very secure. We use very customised methods of data encryption, which are not easy to break.
